What is Kenpo Karate?

Kenpo (Chinese for "fist law") has many variations to date. All of them excellent forms of self-defense.

Grand Master Edmund K. Parker is considered by many martial arts masters as a genius in the arts. What is Kenpo? His is a mix of many different fighting skills (boxing, kung-fu, judo, jujitsu, karate...), implementing understanding of what we can do if given the proper tools to gain knowledge of motion, with cause and effect. His design of his syllabus is second to none, and gives the student all the tools necessary to master their body, and maximize it in self-defense situations. The curriculum is made to build upon your skills as you progress in the art, until you become the artist (a creator, not one that just mimics motion)!
